With my head on a swivel I spied this sign in the window of a house on Electric Avenue.


It's amusing to see what Venetians place in their yards to catch the eyes of passers-by.

Last year on my trip to Seattle with Robert Eringer, in our Surreal Bounce Mode, I painted this painting looking out from my hotel balcony. Last Saturday, It was accepted into the Santa Barbara City College Atkinson Gallery's Small Images Exhibition. The opening is Friday night, Sept. 30.
