Paint Out at the Ogan's Hogan Oct. 6, 2011
Demo at Mrs. Ogan's Hogan
I grew up in Carpinteria. Last week I decided to have my painting class on location at this 130 year old Farm House called the Ogan Farm, on Ogan Road. My earliest memories are here at this house. Inside the house is like a time capsule; preserved out of the early 20th century. Mrs. Ogan is still up and running like a rickety Model T; and to take my class on a trip down memory lane, was a novelty.
I am a 21st Century American Artist. Being an artist is a way of life; living, breathing, thinking creatively with every breath. For more biographical information see my Bio on my website: www.thomasvanstein.net
