The French Impressionist Eugene Boudin use to travel to the coast of Britany in France, to paint the seascapes, and the culture that flocked to the shore. 150 years later, similar motifs still exist, merely a world away.This was a demonstration painting for my painting class held on April 27, 2011, using four colors and white.
Painting moody/gloomy grays on gray dreary days, can make things seem all right.
